Sita Nilayam is built by Late Sri P. L. Raju, Hyderabad in memory of his wife late Smt. P. Sitamma to contribute towards their part of devotional seva to Lord Sitarama Swamy.
The cottage is well-designed with 3 suites along with lounge, dining and pantry area.
Each suite is provided with king size bed and a sofa, an ante-room with two diwans, which can accommodate 4 adults and 2 kids.
Each suite is having a large private balcony overlooking wonderful view of temples including Kalyanam ground and a panoramic view of River Godavari and Bhadrachalam town.
